My beautiful garden

Todd spent most of the day on Monday finishing my new garden. I am so grateful for him!  It was a huge undertaking and hopefully we will reap great harvest for many years to come!  Katie and Allie helped me plant and I have to say, for only being 4 years old, they did a great job.  We planted tomatoes, peppers, pumpkins, cantaloupe, watermelon, peas, carrots, cucumbers, squash and beans.  They were so anxious to plant the seeds that before we even started, they opened all of the packages.  They carefully placed the seeds in the dirt and followed directions quite well.  About half way through planting we had to take a break from planting and swing a bit.  All in all, it was a great day.
